Name tags for Chamber Members, WiB Members, and MyPro Members are $25 each. Chamber Members can LOGIN and pay- top right red icon "Member Login". Non Chamber members can call our office with credit card payment 704-847-3649 and ask Rebecca to place the name tag order for you. No matter how you pay, fill in the form below so we can cut and paste into the name tag order, to avoid any errors. What you enter below will be printed on your name tag, so enter carefully!
