Fees/Admission
REGISTRATION/PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOTHS/ VENDORS/ SPONSORS ONLY, NOT ATTENDEES.
We are full for the following categories and cannot accept additional vendors in these categories:
Face Painting/glitter art
Tumbler cups
Snack Vendors MUST contact chamberinfo@matthewschamber.org for approval to participate in ArtWalk & MusicFest 2018 BEFORE REGISTERING!
If you were a 2017 Fine Art Juried Artist, your $20 jury fee is waived and you are automatically approved as a juried artist this year - no need to submit your images. You can register and pay for your booth online, and do NOT pay the $20 jury fee during checkout. This is ONLY for 2017 Fine Artists who are returning for 2018. Arts&Crafts Vendors are NOT juried and therefore do not pay a $20 jury fee. Juried Artists from our ArtWalk 2017 will have their 2018 $20 Jury Fee Waived and they are approved, as long as their art/medium is the same as 2017.
For all others, If you register/pay online, but are not approved, you will be notified and receive 100% of your booth fee reimbursed. Jury fees for juried artists are non-refundable.
There are Three Steps to register/apply as a Juried Fine Art Artist or Arts&Crafts Vendor:
Step (1) Click the Blue "Register Now" button above to register/apply on line. You may pay online with credit card, or you can ask to be invoiced and we will email an invoice to you. Booths are not guaranteed until payment is received.
Step (2) click below for the appropriate Release form to SIGN and SUBMIT to our office.
Step (3) Submit your images for approval (details found on the Application/Release form below)

2018 ArtWalk & MusicFest - This is a rain or shine event!
ArtWalk 2018 IS FULL - WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING VENDOR APPLICATIONS! IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REGISTER FOR THE WAITING LIST, PLEASE HIT "REGISTER NOW" TO APPLY FOR THE WAITING LIST and we will contact you if we get a cancellation from another vendor.
For over 33 years, we have been putting on a great art show for the community and we are raising the bar even higher in 2018!
ArtWalk & MusicFest, formerly known as Artfest, will bring more art and music to the center of the green in downtown Matthews. This event is rain or shine.
NEW!! ONLINE REGISTRATION IS PREFERRED FOR 2018. REGISTRATION/PAYMENT IS ONLY NEEDED FOR BOOTHS /VENDORS AND SPONSORS. VISITORS DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER. See "Fees/Admission" below,right for all the details on applying for a booth.
