North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper has asked the U.S. Small Business Administration to offer disaster relief loans for small businesses suffering economic losses due to COVID-19. This Biz Briefing will give you all the information you need to evaluate whether your business should apply, and then prep you for the application process.

Our speaker is Levi Kinnard, an Economic Development Specialist in the North Carolina District Office (NCDO) of the Small Business Administration. He joined the NCDO in March 2018 from the San Diego DO. Before working for the SBA, Levi founded and managed two California corporations in prosthetics manufacturing and government contract consulting. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Master’s of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California.
