Nikki Pounds, SPHR, SHRM-CP, is the owner of HR Unequivocally, a full-service human resources consulting firm based in Rock Hill, SC that helps businesses plan for leadership and talent development. Nikki is an accomplished Human Resources expert with more than 20 years of comprehensive HR, Coaching, as well as Facilitating and Speaking experience. Before launching her own firm, Nikki was the Director of Human Resources for Burkert Fluid Control Systems, as well as Tyco Fire & Building Products. Nikki earned a BA in Psychology from the University of South Carolina Upstate and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Clemson University.
Julie Bee founded BeeSmart Social Media in 2008. BeeSmart operates as a virtual office with 3 employees in 3 different states, serving clients nationwide. Julie is a veteran when it comes to managing teams remotely and ensuring productivity, while also building and maintaining a healthy company culture.
