She received her B.S. degree from Oklahoma State University and went immediately into the IT field, working as an IT Support Specialist focused on implementing solid solutions for law firms and setting up data communication systems. Karla’s expertise includes identifying organizational needs, building strategic initiatives to address skills gaps, and delivering the talent required to achieve business success.
Paul Blanchette is the owner of NerdsToGo, a full-service Technology Services company that provides IT solutions to business and residential customers in Matthews, Mint Hill, and Charlotte. Paul has more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical & technology industries. He recently completed his tenure as Chair of the Servant Leadership Team at St. Luke's Church and is active in the small business community.
