We invite you to join us for a great day of golf, networking and marketing your business while enjoying the day on the beautiful golf course of Olde Sycamore Golf Plantation!! Every effort is being made to make this year's event low-touch to ensure the health and safety of all participants. We will have staggered check-in and will be spread out a bit more for social distancing than in past years. Hand sanitizer and masks will be provided for all participants.
Pre-registration is required this year. Please have your teams handicaps ready when you register. Registration cutoff is October 20 as teams and handicaps are due to the Club then. Once you have paid for yourself and/or team, there is no cancellation or refund. You can, however, swap out players.
If you are unable to play, you can still contribute to the event and market your business by donating golfer prizes, raffle prizes and items for the golfers' goodie bags. Please email dawn@matthewschamber.org if you would like to do this! We'd like to have items at the Chamber office by October 20th that will be included.
Golfer Fees:
Individual Player $100
Each player receives: 18 Holes of golf, goody bag, golf cart, range balls, beverages, boxed lunch and dinner.
$20 Mulligan package *optional
Foursome: $400
Foursome & Hole Sponsor Package: $500
Single 50/50 Raffle Ticket: $10
Three 50/50 Raffle Tickets: $25

Silver Sponsor: $1500 (includes foursome & hole sponsor)
Photography Sponsor: $700 (logo on foursome pics)
Golf Cart Sponsor: $500 (name in EVERY cart)
AR 15 Golf Ball Launcher Sponsor: $500 (if this sponsorship is sold, each golfer that purchases the mulligan package gets the opportunity to make a shot with this rifle)
Putting Green Sponsor: $400 (meet EVERY golfer)
Beverage Cart Sponsor: $250 (you can drive it & decorate it!) 1 SOLD - 1 STILL AVAILABLE!!
Scorecard Sponsor: $250 (your name on each scorecard)
Hole or Tee Sponsor: $150 (at this time we are only allowed to have the sign with your company name at the hole with no tent/table/rep set up)
Dinner/Awards presentation only: $20

Event Supporting:
A portion of the proceeds will benefit Thompson Child & Family Focus
their mission is to serve children and families through healing, teaching, worship, and play.
This event will also be supporting the Matthews Help Center with their vision to be the central location in the Matthews Community where help and resources are provided to those in need, especially in most recent months of struggling with the financial crisis caused by COVID-19.
This is a RAIN or SHINE event, though we hope for no rain!!
