The first class in the series for a Certificate in Workplace Negotiations. This series of non-credit courses, taught by Pfeiffer University graduate faculty, prepares professionals in all fields to overcome or accommodate differing opinions and interests to create value for all involved parties. By acquiring the skills needed to resolve disputes and reach cooperation, you will be able to manage conflicting viewpoints and disagreements between subordinates,solve conflict and explore win-win solutions withcolleagues and external vendors. Lessons are designed to benefit anyone with an interest in managing a public, private or governmental enterprise.
