Matthews Tae Kwon Do will hold a Self Defense Seminar teaching basic self-defense techniques and ground defense! We believe your safety is our main mission!
You will learn proper punching, kicks, knees, elbow strikes, and basic ground defenses to keep you feeling protected at all times! No experience? NO PROBLEM! Our instructors have decades of experience in making even the newest students feel confident to protect themselves! Have experience? Great! Come in to hone your skills and get a great workout!
