If you try to register as a Luncheon Sponsor, but do not see that as a fee option, we have already sold that month's Lunch Sponsorship. Email dawn@matthewschamber.org for a waiting list if we have a cancellation or to put your name on the list.
Description
Monthly Networking Luncheon
Topic: Belonging is more powerful than any strategy - Cultivating a sense of Belonging in the Workplace
While Diversity and Inclusion strategies are necessary and important, you'll never fully reach the potential of a D&I strategy unless people feel like they Belong and they can bring their true authentic self to work. Authentic leadership requires leaning in to uncomfortable conversations and understanding that Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging is everyone's responsibility.
