Monthly Chamber Business Luncheon March 2020

Fees/Admission

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED WHEN YOU REGISTER. CHAMBER MEMBERS CAN PAY $15 WHEN YOU REGISTER ONLINE, OR YOU CAN PAY $20 AT THE DOOR AS A WALK-IN. NON-MEMBERS PAY $20. 

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS PREFERRED for an easier check-in process
$15 Chamber Members before 24hrs before luncheon
$20 Non-members and all who register at or less than 24hrs before event
$50 Spotlight Table (inc 1 lunch)
$75 SLTable with tv screen (inc 1 lunch)
$120 for Table of 8 for Chamber Member to purchase
$160 for Table of 8 for Non Chamber Member to purchase
$250 Luncheon Sponsorship (inc 4 lunches and 1 SLTable) - if you do not see this as an option in Registration Fees, then it has been sold for that month.
You may purchase ALL luncheons for the rest of 2020 (pricing will vary based on month purchased) in this one registration if you prefer. 

You can register up to 9am the day of the luncheon, but $15 Early Bird Pricing will automatically cut off AT the 24hr mark. Monthly Luncheons are $15 for Chamber Members if you register before 24 hours before the luncheon. AT 24hours before, luncheons are $20 for EVERYone.  When registering, Members will see $20 in the registration fee, but you will see a $5 Early Bird Discount immediately after you click on the $20 fee, if you register early. AT the 24hour mark (11am the day before), pricing will automatically go to $20, so if Chamber Members register for the luncheon at the 24hour mark or later, you will pay $20.
Refunds/moving payments to the next month will only be made if cancellation is received at least 24 hours in advance.  If you prepay but cannot attend, call the office before the 24hr mark and we can move your payment to the next lunch, but you must let us know 24 hours in advance! Thank you!
Several Lunch Sponsorships for 2020 are SOLD OUT, so don't wait to REGISTER for a Lunch Sponsorship. Go to that month's luncheon on our calendar, and register/pay to guarantee your sponsorship. If you try to register as a Luncheon Sponsor, but do not see that as a fee option, we have already sold that month's Lunch Sponsorship. Email chamberinfo@matthewschamber.org for a waiting list if we have a cancellation or to put your name on the 2021 list.
