$15 for Chamber Members before 24hr mark
$25 for Non Chamber Members Spotlight Tables
$20 for (Lunch Only) Non-members and all who register at 24hrs before luncheon
Spotlight Tables are ONLY available for NonProfits this month - Table is free but you will need to pay $15 or $25 for lunch and for each person attending with you. Members need to LOG IN to receive discounted pricing.
NEW FOR SEPT THROUGH NOVEMBER LUNCHEON REGISTRATIONS: Members can now register up to 9am the day of the luncheon, but $15 Early Bird Pricing will automatically cut off at the 24hr mark. Monthly Luncheons are $15 for Chamber Members if you register before 24 hours before the luncheon. AT 24hours before, luncheons are $20 for Chamber Members. Members will see $20 in the registration fee below, but you will see a $5 Early Bird Discount immediately after you click on the $20 fee. AT the 24hour mark (11am the day before) , pricing will automatically go to $20, so if Chamber Members register at the 24hour mark or later, you will be registered at $20.
ONLINE PREPAYMENT IS PREFERRED for Members and REQUIRED FOR NON MEMBERS! It makes the check-in process run much smoother that morning. If you prepay but cannot attend, call the office before the 24hr mark and we can move your payment to the next lunch, no problem, but you must let us know 24 hours in advance! Thank you!
Refunds will only be made if cancellation is received at least 24 hours in advance. If Members register without prepaying, but do not attend, you will be invoiced because we included your headcount for the caterer.

Topic Description:
Dianne’s remarks will draw upon new research on the changing face of philanthropy, as well as her experience advising a diverse portfolio of clients including corporate and family foundations, professional athletes and other celebrities, community foundations, donor-advised fund holders and venture philanthropists. Topics will include:
- Grassroots movements building momentum
- Increasing emphasis on creativity and flexibility
- Serving nonprofits sacrificially and with savvy
Dianne also will offer her observations about the personal qualities shared by the most impactful and joyful philanthropists.
SPEAKER BIO:
• Dianne Chipps Bailey is a passionate advocate for women’s leadership in philanthropy. She serves as a member of the Women’s Philanthropy Institute national council and was a founding director of Women’s Impact Fund and Women’s Collective Giving Grantmakers Network. Dianne has extensive experience advising a diverse group of nonprofits in all aspects of their organization, administration and management. She has represented schools and universities, churches and other religious organizations, endowments, supporting organizations, corporate and family foundations, museums, business leagues, trade organizations, social clubs and a complement of charitable groups. Dianne writes and speaks nationally on topics related to nonprofit compliance and management. Dianne is a faithful community leader, previously chairing the boards of the Women's Impact Fund, Discovery Place, Mecklenburg Bar Foundation, Presbyterian Hospital Foundation, Women Executives and First Presbyterian Church Diaconate, where she also served as an Elder. Dianne graduated with high honors from the University of California at Berkeley and received her law degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center. She is rated Martindale-Hubbell, AV® Preeminent™, the highest possible peer review rating for lawyers. Her professional recognition includes a Charlotte Business Journal Women in Business Achievement Award in 2011 and a North Carolina Lawyers Weekly Women of Justice Award in 2012. She also was honored to receive in 2018 the Leadership Charlotte Circle of Excellence award, which is presented annually to a graduate who has demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities.
