Join Dr. Matt Westheimer and his team at Precision Chiropractic for a FREE mobility workout session! Dr. Westheimer will take everyone through a mobility and strength routine followed by a fun workout. All of this is for a good cause. There are so many families in our community who are struggling right now, and we are trying to do our part to make sure no family goes hungry.
Donations are optional and will go to support the homeless community and the Wedgewood Food Pantry. Anything you can give will be greatly appreciated!
Open air space and social distancing available. No equipment needed, but bring a mat if you have one. All levels are welcome to join!
