Session Topic: "Why People Buy:” It’s significantly more important that "What You Sell!" Sales is a two-way conversation: a buying process and a selling process. Putting both in sync is key to your success. Too often the focus is given only to the sales side of the equation: from prospecting to closing. At this session, we'll address the buying side - the factors that go into each of the phases of the buying process. Our facilitator Bill Gill has spent more than 4 decades selling personally and leading sales teams. He has been a sales coach with Sales Performance International where he was first introduced to the Buying Cycle concept. He uses and applies the "Why People Buy" approach to help small business owners redirect their approach to selling from a customer's perspective.
